Based at Warren Chase Stables in the beautiful Stratford-Upon-Avon, Olly Murphy is a Grade-1 winning trainer, who can boast over 400 UK trained winners since he took his licence in 2017.
Having served his time under Alan King initially and then followed by four years as Assistant Trainer to Gordon Elliot, Olly has an enviable record including winning the Grade 1 Betway Scilly Isles Novices Chase with Itchy Feet.
With approximately 140 horses in training (and ever-growing) Olly has started the 2022-23 season with a bang and can count 14 winners for the yard already.
We have been delighted to supply the yard with a package of exercise kit, including our Power Pad Racers and Reflective Saddle Cloths.
The Power Pad Racers are specially designed for exercise on the gallops with a deeper fit to protect the stirrup area and additional padding for a comfy ride. Olly’s logo is embroidered on the sides which makes the string look very smart in their work.
Our reflective saddle cloth is fully waterproof with wide reflective edging – this is particularly important for safety around the yard and gallops in Autumn/Winter. They can be laid over the Power Pads or used alone. We have printed Olly’s logo on these and the result is a very smart and practical solution.
This is hopefully the start of a long partnership between Yaris Racing and Olly Murphy Racing – look out for them on the gallops and in their vlogs – they wont be hard to spot!
