UK Shipping

At Yaris Equestrian we make almost everything to order. There are a small number of items held as stock but otherwise your order will be made from scratch and so we ask for 21 days to make and despatch your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to despatch within 21 days, we will endeavour to contact you to advise accordingly.  If your order has not been started within 21 days of order, we will contact you to discuss and offer you a full refund.

We deliver in the UK, Europe and selected other countries as shown below. We use the most secure, cost-effective and quickest delivery method possible. We use ParcelForce Worldwide for most domestic deliveries and DHL for most overseas deliveries.

Deliveries to Europe

The United Kingdom left the European Union on 31st December 2020 and following which the method and costs of shipping to European countries has changed and is now aligned with shipments to rest of the world.

All non-UK customers will now be zero-rated for UK VAT. This means you will not be charged UK VAT at the checkout when purchasing your item however you will be charged your own country’s VAT and any duties payable under the DDP (Deliver Duties Paid) method of shipping. This means you only make one payment to us which covers transportation and duties and taxes applicable to your country. We then assume all transportation risk from despatch to your door. We will always use a tracked service and we will provide tracking details once the parcel is shipped. Our shipping partners are currently ParcelForce (who partner with GLS in Europe) and DHL.

Yaris exclusively offers a DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) courier service to Europe. This means tax, import and duty costs are charged when you place your order with us. We will then pay these on your behalf, in advance of your delivery.

With this service, you will not be charged any additional fees by your local tax office to receive your parcel, therefore speeding up customs clearance and minimising delays.

Returns

We really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that our custom-made items cannot be returned, or exchanged, unless faulty.

When we accept your order we will send you confirmation, including full details of the order specifications, via the email address you have provided us. Please check this confirmation carefully as this will be used as our manufacturing instruction.

Returns will be accepted provided that the item(s) is in its original condition, with all labels and tags (if applicable) still attached with no stains, marks, pulls or rips and as described in our order confirmation email.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed, we will issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 48 hours on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow upto 5 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.

Returns outside of UK

Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you

When returning a product to us from outside of the UK please state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’.

Any returns, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, will not be accepted by us. It is the customers responsibility to clear these charges. Please see our returns policy for more information. Tax & duty charges are non-refundable.

Exchanging – The cost of shipping the exchanged item to outside of the UK must be covered by the customer, we do not offer free delivery outside of the UK for exchanges.
