Yaris Equestrian are based in Cumbria and produce top quality clothing………we like an informal approach with our customers but occasionally we have to have a serious side and provide you with all the legals.

This site is the property of Yaris Equestrian Limited, registered office: Hill Farm, Ings, Kendal, Cumbria.  Registered in England and Wales No 08359811. The site is operated by Yaris Equestrian Limited and is subject to copyright.

Accessing or any transaction you enter into with Yaris Equestrian limited (“the company”) through the web site means that you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree or are unhappy please do not use the website.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Buying the goods

Great care has been taken to present our products as accurately as possible, however depending on the equipment you are using may affect the colour you see. As a result we cannot guarantee that the images you see totally represent the goods.

If an item sells out we will contact you via the e-mail address you have provided and advise you when you can expect to receive the goods, or you can cancel the order if you wish. All goods are subject to availability, if due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the substitute will be of equal or greater value than the original item, this will only happen with your prior consent.

Distance selling Regulations

Upon the receipt of your goods you have 14 days to cancel the order and return the item(s) to us at your expense – please see our cancellation and returns policy. If you paid for an express delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery to you. If you order more than one item and they arrive separately the 14 days will commence from the receipt of the last item.


All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and include and where applicable include VAT at the current rate which is 20%, this may change from time to time. If an error has occurred we will contact you via the email address you have provided and, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will continue to process your order.

Gift Cards may be redeemed via our website only. Upon purchase of a gift card you will receive, by email and post, a gift card coupon code for use at the checkout of our website.

Gift cards will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and will be automatically cancelled after the 6 month expiry date.

Any unused value will not be exchanged for cash or refunded. Any purchases in excess of the gift card value will require an additional payment method at the point of sale through the website.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro(switch) and American Express through our secure encrypted website. However if you prefer you can order products from the website by telephone, please call us on 01539 822240.


We deduct payment from your card at the time of order and delivery of goods can take up to 21 days.


We are committed to ensuring your information is protected and to providing a safe and secure site for to purchase our goods. Our security and cookie policy information is at security and cookies via your internet browser.


When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

No contract for a sale of any product will exist between you and Yaris Equestrian limited until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm this by sending you an email.

This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and estimated delivery time.

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

Should your order be despatched and you require amendments due to ordering incorrectly we may be prepared to make amendments at your own cost and including your own carriage to and from our offices. Please contact as soon as possible if you believe this may have occurred.

If you order has not been accepted you will receive an email from us explaining why. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us; this contract does not affect your statutory rights


Orders over the value of £200.00 will be sent to you with carriage paid in the UK. You will be required to pay for delivery under an order value of £200.00  and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. The costs are shown when you place your order in the basket.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.


All of our products are made to order. We can only accept returns if a product is faulty. Please contact us if you believe this to be the case and we will arrange the return.

Cancellation rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any personalised items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 working days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Yaris Equestrian Ltd, unless the return is as a result of an error on our part. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods.


If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us at our contact address of the problem within 60 working days of the date on which you ordered the goods (unless this is not reasonably practicable).  If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

  1. to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
  2. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
  3. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.


You may not transfer any of your rights under these Product Terms & Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Product Terms & Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected

If you breach these Product Terms & Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Product Terms & Conditions

We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Product Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

These Product Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
